Why the increase?
We have made every effort to absorb these costs and have delayed the implementation for as long as possible. However, we've experienced unavoidable increases in: raw materials, finished goods, employer NI, and payment processing fees (some business or cashback cards now charge up to 2.5%).
This decision has not been taken lightly, and we remain committed to transparency and fairness in all aspects of our business.
