Why the increase?
As many of you will be aware, the current situation in the Middle East is causing significant and sustained increases in global oil, energy, and raw material costs. Like many businesses, we have experienced unavoidable rises across multiple areas, with delivery costs being the main driver. Other areas affected include raw materials, finished goods and manufactured pieces.
We have worked hard to absorb these pressures for as long as possible and have delayed this measure. This decision has not been taken lightly — it was made only after careful consideration and in the interests of maintaining the quality and service you expect from us.
We will closely monitor market conditions and will remove or reduce the surcharge as soon as circumstances allow.

Christmas & New Year Opening Hours –
We close at 2pm Friday 19th December for our Christmas party. Closed 24th-26th December. Open Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th December (10am-4pm). Normal hours resume Monday 5th January.
